Borussia Dortmund’s teen sensation Ousmane Dembele was reportedly in Manchester to meet Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola over a potential move to England.
The France international has been heavily mooted to move away from Dortmund this summer, despite the club insisting on not willing to sell him after just one season. Dembele had switched to BVB from Rennes last summer for £10.5 million after choosing Germany over Barcelona, and is now reportedly valued at around £79 million.
The 20-year-old has been on Barcelona’s radar for a couple of years, and the Catalans have been strongly linked to obtain the Frenchman’s signature. Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be interested in the whizkid, and now, according to Le10Sport, Manchester City have jumped in the race to bag the forward as well.
As per the report, the talented youngster took a break from his vacation to meet the officials at the Etihad, and also had dinner with City boss Pep Guardiola on Monday night.
