Real Madrid have prepared a 4-man shortlist to replace Alvaro Morata, who yesterday completed his switch to Chelsea.

Los Blancos had prioritized the signing of Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe, but had to back out of their pursuit in the light of recent developments, wherein the French club filed a complaint to FIFA about the illegal approaches made by several clubs to sign the French sensation.

As a result, the Spanish giants have been forced to look onto different options in their pursuit to replace Alvaro Morata, who moved to Chelsea in a £60 million deal.

According to Diario Gol, Real Madrid are looking at four possible candidates to compete with Benzema for the striker’s role at the Bernabeu, with Marcus Rashford, Timo Werner, Kasper Dolberg, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in sights.

Marcus Rashford has really taken the football world by storm since making his debut under former coach Louis Van Gaal. The teenager was given a chance to lead a makeshift Man United attack against Arsenal in the 2015/16 campaign, but to the surprise of many, Rashford scored 2 crucial goals in that match to kick off a promising career.

Although Manchester United and Real Madrid don’t have the most amicable relations in the transfer market right now, the Spanish Champions remain hopeful of finalizing a deal. The Red Devils and the Galacticos have played hardball over transfers in between them this summer, in the transfer sagas involving De Gea and Morata.

It’s the joke of the decade !
Real did everything possible so that United could not buy Morata and putting an exagerated price tag on the striker. They later sold Morata to Chelsea at a much lower price. It was a pure vengeance due to United’s tactics to prevent Real to buy De Gea. Now Real wish to buy Rashford to replace Morata ! Come on Ms Perez / Did and, are you dumb ? Don’t you have self respect ? F–k off !

Real should be fair by not considering the manchester united star after failing to avail Morata and selling him to a rival at a cheaper price.
