Reports: Renato Sanches Agrees A Four-Year Deal With Euro Giants

Bayern Munich’s Renato Sanches is set to complete a £35 million transfer to AC Milan, reports L’Equipe

It is fair to say that Man Utd haven’t had much luck in landing their major transfer targets this summer. Despite qualifying for the Champions League, the Red Devils are finding it hard to land their ideal midfield candidates, having already missed out on the likes of Nemanja Matic and Eric Dier.

Adding to that list, Renato Sanches, another midfield target for the English giants, has rejected the Red Devils for the second time, by giving preference to a switch to Italian giants AC Milan.

The winner of European Golden Boy title in 2016, Sanches scarcely made the starting eleven for Bayern in a disappointing season, which culminated in him getting dropped to the bench for the Portugal u-21 squad in the European tournament this summer.

Meanwhile, cash rich after their Chinese takeover, AC Milan are ready to sign Sanches as another mega money signing in a £35 million move. As per the same report, the 19-year-old has agreed a four-year deal with the Serie A giants.

Milan are looking to field an all new midfield trio for the upcoming season, which will feature Biglia, Kessie, and Sanches, given the transfer goes through. The Rossoneri have recruited top class players across all positions, with notable transfers like Leonardo Bonucci, Andre Silva, Ricardo Rodriguez, and Hakan Çalhanoğlu.
