Barcelona superstar Neymar missed training today, after having informed his teammates that he is off to PSG.

The biggest transfer of all time is happening! Neymar has left the Barcelona training camp today to finalize his move to French giants Paris Saint-Germain.

Barcelona’s official twitter handle has confirmed the news with a tweet reading: “Neymar Jr has not trained with the permission of the Barcelona manager.”

As per ESPN, a  club spokesman said: “Firstly, the player came to training today as expected; secondly, he spoke to his teammates to say goodbye because his intention is to leave the club; and thirdly due to the situation the manager has given him permission not to train.”

PSG have already agreed personal terms with the Barcelona attacker by offering him a ridiculous yearly salary of £40 million after taxes.

According to reports, the player was waiting for the 1st of August to tell Barcelona that he is joining PSG, because he got paid an extra £25 million by the Blaugrana yesterday due to a clause in his contract.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are trying their best to cancel the imminent deal by threatening to report PSG’s approach to UEFA over the possible violation of rules and regulations of Financial Fair Play (FFP).

When quizzed about Neymar’s transfer to PSG, Chief Al-Khelaifi replied: “I think this matter is a little premature. Right now, Neymar is a Barcelona player and we’ll see what happens with him. To be honest, I’d rather not to talk about this matter now. I hope to do it at another time. I prefer not to give percentages, everything in its time.”
