Radamel Falcao: Chelsea Flop On AC Milan’s Radar
AC Milan have been among the most active football clubs in terms of recruitment this summer, and now, the Italian giants have set their sights on bringing in yet another reinforcement, in the form of former Manchester United and Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao.
The Monaco striker could become another player to add to the exodus away from the Ligue 1 champions, as the likes of Bernardo Silva, Benjamin Mendy, and Tiemoue Bakayoko have already left Monaco during the ongoing transfer window.
In a Monaco season that surprised many, Falcao was one of the star performers for the French club. The 31-year-old striker managed to score an impressive 30 goals across all competitions last season, and as a result, the Colombian attacker is now on the list of targets for Chinese cash-rich AC Milan.
Milan have overhauled their squad with big name recruitments all over the summer. The Serie A powerhouses have already signed 10 players in this window, but they still feel that one more striker could further help their cause.
Talking to press, AC Milan CEO Marco Fassone said: “We continue talking about a striker, but must use our time wisely. We’re working on it, there mustn’t be any sense of haste, as we don’t want to make a mistake.”
He stressed on the fact that the Italian club has to buy the right player at the right time, and then mentioned Falcao as a potential target.
“So far I haven’t said no to any of the names that have been mentioned, and I won’t say no to Falcao either, but among the six or seven names that have been suggested we’ve been closer to some than others,” Fassone revealed.

Yo, Shorya Panwar, how about calling Falcao Monaco Star? Instead of Chelsea flop?!?! Still living in the past are you? So sad to see so called writers like you labelling people for their bad and not the good.
