Ousmane Dembele’s Recent Social Media Activity Sends Fans Into Meltdown
Borussia Dortmund starlet Ousmane Dembele has sent fans on the internet into a meltdown through his recent social media activity.
The young Frenchman signed for Dortmund back in 2016, and has already made a lasting mark in his first season. The youngster put on better performances than anyone close to his age. Moreover, his displays have led a wide number of neutral fans into viewing him as one of the top young talents in all of Europe.
It is no surprise that the Dortmund fan-favourite is a wanted man among many powerhouses around the world. The 20-year-old has already scored 8 goals and assisted 12 across all competitions since leaving Renne last summer.
Consequently, the swift winger has attracted interests from some huge names like Barcelona, Arsenal, and Real Madrid, but the Catalan giants have been the ones leading the race for his signature.
Dembele recently made some minor, yet significant changes to his social media profiles, specifically Twitter and Instagram. Where once used to be the clear sign of his loyalty to the German giants, has now been replaced with just his shirt number and his name.

This has led countless fans to interpret this change as a hint towards a move to Catalonia. And, on the other hand, the Dortmund faithful are left intimidated.
However, most of such deductions could be mere speculation, as the talented winger has removed the mentions of the French national team as well. Certainly, this does not mean that he will not be playing for France anymore.
Dembele is tied down to Peter Bosz’s side till 2021, and the Dutch manager will be keen on keeping the young talent and helping him reach his full potential.
