French giants Paris Saint-Germain seem to be very close to complete the signing of AS Monaco duo Kylian Mbappe and Fabinho, as per reports.

PSG, who lost the Ligue 1 title last season to Monaco, are keen to make a very strong comeback in both domestic and European competition. Having already captured Neymar from La Liga heavyweights Barcelona in a world record transfer of €222m (£199m), PSG boss Unai Emery seems set to bring in more firepower before the season kicks-off.

According to the Daily Record, the duo that played a major role in Monaco’s outstanding title-winning campaign, as well as helped the club reach the semi-finals of the Champions League, seems to be the next priority target for the Ligue 1 runner-ups.

It was reported that the Parisian club is closer than ever to wrapping up the deals for both Kylian Mbappe and Fabinho, with the young striker supposedly set to cost them €180m (£163m) alone.
