The transfer market in today’s times is as unpredictable as one can imagine it to be. No player is assumed to be fixed at a club for a while and predictions of someone surely extending contracts is a thought of the days gone by.
With the teams undergoing constant change and money being spent in unimaginable amounts, it is no surprise that a number of players are currently in the last year of their contracts with the clubs they serve. With the 2017 transfer window now over, the January and summer of 2018 will be filled with rumours of these particular names.
Here is a look into the team that consists of the major final-year contract names from across Europe:

A left-back by choice, the Juventus player can leave the club next season and set himself towards a career that will reach great heights.
6. Emre Can
The German international has become a key figure in Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side, and the Reds should be trying their best to keep hold of him. Juventus are eyeing the midfielder’s situation, and trophies can certainly aid their chase.

The player was on the verge of leaving Zinedine Zidane’s side earlier last season, but some impactful last 6 months have seen him cement a place in the best side in Europe. The player is also being seen as Spain’s rising hero in the years to come, and is a name Madrid simply cannot afford losing.
