Juventus have joined the race to sign AS Monaco starlet Fabinho, according to reports.

The Brazilian has been linked with a move away from the Stade Louis II for a number of transfer windows, with Man Utd being tipped as favourites to sign him for quite some time now.

However, the English club has not made any concrete attempts to secure his signature, despite being in desperate need of a full-back.

The Red Devils were linked with the player in the recently concluded summer transfer window as well, but pulled out of the race to sign him to focus on other targets.

Now, it appears that Juventus have solidified their interest in the 23-year-old, and are keen on securing his signature. €60m is the fee being quoted, though, and according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, it is likely that this will be a stumbling block in a proposed move by the Bianconeri.

The Turin-based giants do not have the never ending resources their English counterparts boast of, and if United do resurrect their interest, then the Italians are likely to lose out.
