Seven Premier League stars found themselves in the 30-man Ballon d’Or 2017 list, with the prestigious France Football’s award set to honour the best player of the season.

Regulars Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar are joined by Tottenham striker Harry Kane, who is one of seven Premier League players nominated.

Besides Kane, who won the Golden Boot award in the Premier League, Chelsea pair N’Golo Kante and Eden Hazard, United shot-stopper David De Gea, and City’s Kevin De Bruyne also make the list, alongside Liverpool duo Phillipe Coutinho and Sadio Mane.

However, 4-time winner Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to bag the award this time too, and equal Lionel Messi’s record of 5 wins. Ronaldo won the Champions League with Real for the second time in a row, besides La Liga and the UEFA Super Cup, and also became the highest scorer in the UCL.
