Real Madrid starlet Marco Asensio is reportedly receiving offers from multiple clubs, which seem to be increasing the possibility of his move away from the Bernabeu.

The 21-year-old has displayed a meteoric rise in his professional football career since his advent to Madrid back in 2014. The Spaniard stands as one of Spain’s brightest talents, with a series of stunning performances for Zinedine Zidane’s side, and an uncanny knack for scoring some brilliant goals.

The talented midfielder, who has earned himself quite a reputation, has received offers from three big clubs, namely Manchester United, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon.

Los Blancos are seemingly undergoing a bad spell this season due to the absence of some important players from the previous season, one of which is Alvaro Morata. The striker joined Chelsea this summer for £70 million, and as reports, Asensio too, is pondering following Morata’s lead and moving out of the Spanish side.

The youngster has been receiving relatively less game time, and that fact might tempt him to sign for a new club. With all three teams monitoring the player’s situation being financially strong enough, supporters could likely witness a transfer sooner or later.

Jose Mourinho has been in need of a reliable winger, and the Spanish international might just be the missing piece the Portuguese requires. However, with City and PSG being fellow contenders, it would require quite an effort to rope in the Real starlet. Moreover, Zidane has shown no interest in letting go of the talent.

Speaking in September, Asensio himself had ruled out a move to France, posterior to conceding that he thinks Neymar’s move to PSG was strange. The Spaniard proclaimed: “No, I would not go to PSG. I am very happy here. It seemed strange to us that Neymar left Barcelona. He was an important player for them and [the fact] that they could not keep him is a little strange.”

Regardless of any speculation, the midfield maestro has a long-term contract at the Bernabeu which lasts until 2022. And with the player conceding earlier this year that extending his contract for Real Madrid in itself was a prideful act, luring him away from the Galacticos is sure to be challenging for other clubs.
