As per the Sun, Arsenal, United, and Tottenham have been impressed by German U21 attacking midfielder, Nadiem Amiri.

The Hoffenheim starlet, whose parents were born in Afghanistan, was a part of the German side that won the U21 Euros this year against Spain.

The North London rivals and the Red Devils seem to be tracking his progress, and are preparing to a launch a £20 million bid to land the 21-year old in the January transfer window.

Amiri has already scored four goals in his eighteen appearances, as Hoffenheim challenge to finish in the top four of the Bundesliga again after reaching the Champions League qualifiers with last year’s fourth place finish.

The German talent helped his nation beat England in the semis of the U21 Euros before coming off the bench in the finals against Spain.

The Red Devils could be interested in Amiri because of the form and creativity he has to offer in midfield, after they were outclassed by City in the centre of the park, as Pep Guardiola’s side ran out 2-1 winners in the derby.

The Red Devils were without Henrikh Mkhitaryan for the clash, as he was left out of the team sheet, and seems to be unsettled at Old Trafford. Therefore, United could be more than willing to get the German midfielder in place of the Armenian international.

Hoffenheim boss, Julian Nagelsmann, would like to cash in on the opportunity if he has to sell the youngster this January.

The midfield sensation, who still has two full seasons left on his contract, has impressed for both club and country, and therefore, a move to one of the English giants look imminent.
