Brands are a vital part of the game, with players often raking in considerable amounts of money for signing brand partnerships.
However, it is also common for talents to match the brands of the clubs they play for, and with some of these sportswear giants boasting of equally big giants for clients, a decision to change certainly causes a decent amount of stir.
That is indeed the case for some United fans that have begun to read into the decision of one of their key targets as an indication of him signing on.

Paulo Dybala has recently emerged as a hot target under Jose Mourinho’s radar, and many believe that he would be the perfect solution to United’s offensive woes.
Now, the Argentine attacker has signed a new boot deal with Adidas, shrugging behind the Nikes which he initially sported. A dispute in that regard was also prominent, as a result of which the 24-year-old wore blacked out unbranded boots for a long time.
Despite the fact that Adidas makes kits for Juventus, amongst its biggest clients are United, and this has led fans to make the connection that Dybala might be on his way to Old Trafford.
Pogba and Lukaku are other big names that have signed with Adidas, and getting Dybala would double as a great addition. Supporters stormed to Twitter to give their piece on the matter.
