Antoine Griezmann Trolls Real Madrid Fans With The Hilarious ‘L’ Celebration
Real Madrid were held 1-1 by city rivals Atletico in a crunch La Liga encounter at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday.
With Barcelona on the verge of winning the Spanish League title, Atletico will be happy to stop Real and concentrate on finishing second in the league.
After Cristiano Ronaldo scored once again to give his side the lead in the second half, Atletico responded with Antoine Griezmann scoring the equalizer.
What caught the attention of the fans was the Frenchman’s epic ‘L’ dance celebration, inspired by the hugely popular video game Fortnite.
Over the decade, there have been a host of celebrations that players have used after scoring goals, and Griezmann’s dance was a stellar sight. Although the celebration irked a section of Real fans, the Frenchman will not mind at all.

What is Fortnite? It’s a multi-player online game in which the contestants battle hard to remain the last person alive.
The ‘L’ move has already created a lot of buzz, with players performing it in the Bundesliga already. But Griezmann’s one was splendid to watch, especially given the scenario and the size of the game.
It was the player’s 200th appearance for Atletico, and it was a perfect way to get the pulse racing with the popular game move.
Griezmann is also known for his famous ‘hotline bling’ celebration, and he managed to get the move installed in the famous EA sports FIFA video game. It will be interesting to see whether he gets this new move in the next edition of the game.
Meanwhile, Atletico turn their attention towards their midweek Europa League quarters second-leg match against Sporting Lisbon.
