Latest: Milinkovic-Savic’s Transfer To Manchester United A Done Deal
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s transfer to Manchester United is a done deal, as per reports.
The Lazio star has been heavily linked with a summer switch to the Old Trafford outfit, especially with Jose Mourinho set to bring in at least one midfield reinforcement in the upcoming transfer window.
Reports from the previous weekend indicated that United had already agreed an £80 million deal with the player, but his agent, Mateja Kezman, later dismissed that news by stating that no agreement was in place just yet.
With those sets of contrary reports having flown by, Manchester Evening News have now claimed that the Red Devils have indeed taken initial steps towards reaching an agreement over the 23-year-old’s mega transfer.

M.E.N. state that some members of Milinkovic-Savic’s camp have revealed that the negotiations between them and Manchester United are still in the premature stages, but the transfer is likely to be a done deal.

These discussions seem similar to United’s negotiations with the representatives of Victor Lindelof and Nemanja Matic, wherein the Reds agreed deals with the players much before the beginning of the summer transfer window.
The report also adds that along with Milinkovic-Savic, the Portuguese tactician remains interested in Shakhtar Donetsk star Fred and Napoli midfielder Jorginho as well.
