Manchester United have reportedly reignited their interest in signing Inter star Ivan Perisic.

The Red Devils pursued the Croatian international heavily last summer, but Inter refused to let their key forward depart, despite receiving a €33 million offer from the Premier League giants.

However, according to Calciomercato, Jose Mourinho is ready to return for the 29-year-old, following his impressive campaign with the Serie A outfit, wherein he bagged 10 goals and 9 assists in the league.

While Inter boss Luciano Spalletti succeeded in talking the player out of a move to England the previous summer, the manager is now believed to be prepared to let the wide-man depart.

The report indicates that the Nerazzurri should willingly accept a bid that is slightly higher than the €33m offered by United in the 2017 summer window.

However, the same source does add that Inter have also retained their interest in signing Anthony Martial, who has been out of favour at the Old Trafford outfit, at least during the second half of the current season.

The Frenchman could move to Milan on a loan deal, provided he first extends his contract with Manchester United, which is set to expire in summer 2019.
