Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s latest hurrah with Manchester United arrived when the Red Devils won 3-1 against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

A Romelu Lukaku brace set the tie in favor of the traveling side, with Joel Ward providing Selhurst Park something to cheer for with his goal. However, Ashley Young was calm and deft in his finishing as he scored the winner, securing three points for the Mancunian giants.

All in all, the game was a massive positive for the Red Devils following their goalless draw versus Liverpool and the worrying list of injuries presently plaguing them.

In the midst of it all, it was the heroics of Lukaku that stood out best, with the brace arguably being the best showing he’s put in all season.

After the full-time whistle, the Belgian striker celebrated the side’s victory in an interesting fashion. Posting a black-and-white video on Instagram, Lukaku and Sanchez are seen enjoying and dancing to the 1999 R&B hit Thong Song by Sisqo.

The caption by the Belgian claims that Sanchez has never heard this song before, although the forward’s actions do impress thoroughly.

Solskjaer too was happy with the way Lukaku performed, stating: “You hit the nail on the head. He was through the middle today. We created chances for him, he put them away.

“He’s done loads of running up and down the line, right wing, left wing, because he’s had a different role because of Rashy’s form. Today, he got a chance up front and could have got another one as well.”

Ole also praised Lukaku’s character, as he added: “Very pleased for Rom. He’s a quality finisher. He’s a professional boy, a good boy, great to have in and around the place. He’s always happy, always working on his finishing and he’s played more than you think.”
