Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to sell Anthony Martial due to his bad attitude in training.
Anthony Martial, who was regularly criticised by Jose Mourinho for his work-rate, has now infuriated Ole Gunnar Solskjaer by his poor attitude in training. And as per Sun, the new Manchester United manager is now ready to listen to offers for the 24-year-old this summer.
Solskjaer also reportedly lashed out at Anthony Martial following Chelsea match for the Frenchman’s lack of effort. Supporters had already taken to social media to critique the youngster for not participating with his teammates during the pre-match drills on the pitch.
The reason later cited was a back problem for Martial. However, it is understood that Solskjaer’s behavior was a result of the general attitude that Martial has been displaying as of recent.
The former Monaco winger has scored just two league goals in 2019, and has now slipped down the pecking order, finding himself behind Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku.
Following the disappointing draw against Huddersfield, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer solskjaer confirmed that a mass-exodus was on, stating: “I can’t talk about individuals now but there’s a chance you’ve seen the last of players anyway. There’s always a chance it’s a last time but I wouldn’t say that about any individual now, I don’t think that’s fair.”
Ander Herrera and Juan Mata are already on their way with their contracts up, and considering current situation, Anthony Martial could be heading for the exit door too.
