Alexis Sanchez is in talks with two of Italy’s biggest clubs.

Multiple sources have indicated that the Chilean international is eager to end the nightmare that has been his spell at Manchester United.

The Red Devils themselves are keen to offload their number 7, so as to free up their wage bill and repair the wage structure, which simply went haywire after the former Arsenal superstar’s arrival.

Now, reports emerging from Italy suggest Sanchez could well be on his way to the Serie A come summer.

According to reliable Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Alexis Sanchez’s agent, Fernando Felicevich, has held initial talks with both Juventus and Inter.

In fact, Felicevich was even photographed whilst meeting with Juve’s sporting director Fabio Paratici not so long ago.

Both the clubs are said to be monitoring the 30-year-old’s situation at the moment. However, the negotiations will remain in standby, at least until the player reduces his wage demands, which are currently around €12m per season after taxes.

Only when these salary demands are lowered will Juventus and Inter initiate contact with Manchester United, so as to determine the price tag set on the forward by the Old Trafford outfit.
