Manchester United Want Robert Lewandowski To Replace Romelu Lukaku
Manchester United have enquired about the possibility of signing Robert Lewandowski.
The Poland international has recorded the lowest tally of goals this season since his switch to Bayern Munich, and despite that, he looks set to win the Bundesliga Golden Boot, with 22 goals to his name.
The Bavarians are just a point away from winning the league, but rumours of the striker’s uncertain future at the club have already emerged.
As per reports, Lewandowski is doubtful of staying put at Bayern, more so after getting involved in a fist-fight with fellow teammate Kingsley Coman last month.

Now, according to German outlet Kicker, the Allianz Arena outfit is set to make one final attempt to get the superstar to pen down a new deal, following their DFB-Pokal Cup final against RB Leipzig on May 25.
The 30-year-old’s current contract expires in the summer of 2021, but Bayern hope to extend that deal by a further year.
However, the player is said to be considering his options at the moment, especially after being made aware of the heavy interest in his services from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Red Devils have been particularly interested in Lewandowski for many years; even Sir Alex Ferguson had identified him as a transfer target before his retirement.
The source adds that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is prepared to offload the incompatible Romelu Lukaku, who has attracted serious interest from the Serie A, in order to amass funds for a prospective move for the Bayern Munich frontman.
