PSG To Announce Transfer Of Ander Herrera Next Week
PSG will announce the signing of Ander Herrera next week.
Earlier this month, Manchester United confirmed that they will be parting ways with Ander Herrera following the expiry of his current contract.
The Red Devils did try to get the Spaniard to sign a new deal and extend his stay at Old Trafford, but the two parties failed to reach any sort of agreement.
The midfielder has since been heavily linked with a free transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, but neither the player, nor the French club has even addressed this switch so far.

Herrera’s contract with Manchester United does not expire until the end of June, but that shouldn’t stop PSG from confirming the arrival of Herrera, as various European clubs are known to make announcements weeks and months before the move actually occurs.
This delay has also led many to believe that the 29-year-old’s transfer to the Parc des Princes outfit might be off, especially due to the emergence of reports linking the player with Atletico Madrid.

But now, L’Equipe have revealed that Herrera will, in fact, join PSG, and the Ligue 1 giants will officially present their brand new signing next week.
This delay is basically down to sponsorship reasons – PSG’s current deal with Emirates is all set to expire on Sunday night, and they will be sponsored by Accor’s hotel loyalty scheme from next week onwards.
Once the new sponsorship is official, the French outfit will announce Ander Herrera, along with Sevilla midfielder Pablo Sarabia.
