How Ronaldo Is Helping Manchester United Sign Dybala
Romelu Lukaku’s exit for Manchester United has rapidly become the hot-topic for transfer murmurs. While the Belgian striker moving to Inter Milan was the granted norm until last week, it is the entry of Juventus into the fray that has spiced things up immensely.
The Italian giants are allegedly eager to complete the deal ahead of their rivals, and this will be a massive blow to Antonio Conte and company as the offer from the Old Lady is superior in every regard.
Now, the apparent nod given by one figure is bound to hold extra weight to this departure.
According to the Sun, Cristiano Ronaldo has personally agreed to Lukaku’s arrival at Juventus. This alleged green-light is thought to have confirmed Juventus’ intent about going all-out for the Belgian striker.

In that regard, conflicting reports exist. While it seems likely that United would love to gain their full £80 million valuation for Lukaku, Juventus has better options for the Mancunian giants.
The most heavily reported one involves Paulo Dybala moving to Old Trafford in a player-exchange deal. This would offer the Premier League side a long-term target as well as a commercially-appealing player.

While this report claims that United would be receiving the Argentine player plus £10 million in cash alongside Mario Mandzukic, this hasn’t been the only claim in the matter.
An earlier report suggested that it would be United who would have to pay an extra £15-20 million to the Turin side but this discrepancy may be due to the fact that the finer details of the deal are still being hammered out.
At the moment it does appear that the power is with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and company and the decisions they’ll make with regard to this exit may very well define their long-term future and then some.
