What United Fans Are Saying About Pogba After Two Missed Penalties
Manchester United were able to win on the road at last against Norwich City on Sunday, with the scoreline 3-1 in favor of the Red Devils.
Scott McTominay was the first to net for the traveling side in the first half, followed by an outstanding finish by Marcus Rashford. In the second-half, it was Anthony Martial who was able to link up brilliantly with Rashford and produce a fantastic dink to score.
Onel Hernandez, who was impactful since being brought on at half-time, was able to produce some consolation for the Canaries with his 88th minute goal.
However, United fans will certainly be gutted that they didn’t score more and they had ample chances to do just that.

The first-half saw the away team being awarded two controversial penalties by the VAR. The first one was through a foul on Daniel James inside the box that the on-field referee ruled out initially by virtue of a clear view of the tackle.
However, the kick was given and Marcus Rashford’s efforts were saved by Tim Krul, much to the collective joy of Carrow Road. Later in the same half, VAR awarded another penalty to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, this time due to a hand-ball.
Now, it was Anthony Martial’s turn to miss, as once again Krul was able to save the shot.

This makes it four separate penalties that United have missed this campaign, with Rashford being parry to a mistake earlier and even before that Paul Pogba being heavily criticized for his penalty miss.
This has spurred fans to demand that Paul Pogba be placed back as the penalty taker once he returns to match fitness.
I know I mentioned that I'd never speak about this Pogba penalty bullshit again, but I hope it's Pogba who takes our next penalty attempt.
I genuinely hope he puts a hole in the back of that net and then turns to look up at the S__ Sports studio box like this. #FullTimeJohn pic.twitter.com/MeAthKLMC3

United have been awarded the elusive kick 6 times in their 10 games so far this season and it is indeed a shame that they’ve been unable to make the best of them.
