Erling Haaland stole the spotlight in Borussia Dortmund by marking his name on the scoresheet thrice in his debut fixture against Augsburg.
The Norwegian was heavily linked to a move to Old Trafford earlier which went smooth until the Red Devils reportedly decided to back off a bit when they weren’t comfortable with a few details involved in the deal. Subsequently, the 19-year-old moved to Germany, with Dortmund securing the valuable asset’s signature.
Nevertheless the talented teenager overwhelmed the crowd on Saturday, showcasing one of his best performances to mark a hat-trick on his first appearance for the Bundesliga side. Scoring in the 59th, 70th and 79th minute, the talented forward was phenomenal, providing his side with a two goal lead.
