The idea of becoming the leading star at Man United is quite apealing to Jadon Sancho.
Jadon Sancho has been directly involved in 29 goals in the Bundesliga this season, and such an impressive tally has attracted interest from some of the biggest clubs in the world.
Man United are also in the queue to secure Sancho’s signature, but the Red Devils, who have been trophy-less for about three years, are not the most attractive club for Europe’s top players at the moment.
However, German journalist Raphael Honigstein believes that the promise of becoming the leading star of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s new team is appealing to the former Man City youngster.
He told Steilcast Podcast via the Athletic: “Man United can’t promise titles to [Jadon] Sancho straight away but they can promise him to be the leading star in a new team that is emerging and from what I’ve been told that is quite appealing to him.”
Nevertheless, the Red Devils are languishing in 5th place in the Premier League table, three points behind Chelsea.
Frank Lampard’s side are also linked with the Borussia Dortmund star, and a Champions League qualification could give the Blues an advantage over Man United.
