Jadon Sancho favours a move to Man Utd because of Marcus Rashford.
Rashford could play a huge role in Sancho’s move to Man Utd ahead of the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool, as the Athletic claim the former Man City youngster is keen to play with his fellow countryman.
The two English forwards became close while on international duty and now Sancho is looking to form a partnership with Rashford at Old Trafford next season.
The Man Utd star recently admitted that it would be good to play alongside the Borussia Dortmund sensation.
“Obviously we’ll be good,” he told Bleacher Report.
“Sancho is a great player and you sort of, you know, it’s like the new generation player and it’s definitely exciting, to watch him become the player that is becoming so, um, you know, credit to him. Hopefully we can, we can all play together. That’ll be, that’d be good.
“He plays off the cuff. He’s imaginative. I think in this generation, they’re the things you need to be world class.”
Senior figures at the Bundesliga outfit also believe that the 20-year-old will end up at Man Utd, as not many clubs in Europe are willing to match Dortmund’s asking price of £100m.
