Chelsea Star Names Aaron Wan-Bissaka In Toughest XI Of Opponents He’s Faced
Antonio Rudiger included Aaron Wan-Bissaka in his hardest opposition lineup.
The German centre-back, who has featured in the Bundesliga, Serie A, and the Premier League with VfB Stuttgart, AS Roma, and Chelsea respectively, was asked on Sky Sports’ brand-new programme The Football Show to pick the toughest 11 players he has faced during his career.
Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka made the cut in Rudiger’s star-studded team. The 22-year-old has won all three games he’s played against Chelsea this season and has really impressed the Blues defender with his performance.
“This guy is hard to beat, with his tackles – his sliding tackle is amazing. He is progressing very well, and I like him very much,” Rudiger said.

The former Crystal Palace youngster has developed into one of the best full-backs in the Premier League, and was also praised by Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher for his performance against Raheem Sterling in the Manchester derby.
“Sterling is one of the best three or four wide players in the world but Wan-Bissaka’s saying: ‘Come on, you’re not going to get past me’,” Carragher said on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football.
Rest of Rudiger’s toughest XI included Manuel Neuer, Sergio Ramos, Virgil van Dijk, Andy Robertson, N’Golo Kante, Andres Iniesta, Kevin De Bruyne, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Aguero.
