Confirmed: Manchester United Sign Norwegian Midfielder
Manchester United have secured the signing of 16-year-old Isak Hansen-Aarøen.
The Red Devils under Ole Gunnar Solskjær have shown a great penchant for promoting youth talent. This includes both, utilizing the products of their famed academy as well as keeping an eye out to sign the best upcoming prospects from across Europe.
As such, some of their more recent acquisitions over the years have included adding promising names to their youth ranks.
Now they have gone ahead and done just that once more.
Manchester United have officially signed forward Isak Hansen-Aarøen from Tromsø IL, as confirmed by the club’s Instagram page.
The translation of the farewell message is as follows: “A wonderful person. A unique football talent who just loves to play football now. He came from Floya to Tromso and joined the academy as a 10-year-old, studying at the Tromso school and made his debut in the first team as a 15-year-old. He had an assist in his last match for Tromso.

The United move arrived as a result of Solskjær’s presence at the top, according to reports as the message adds: “Thank you so much for the last 10 years and good luck in Manchester United and on in your career. We hope you have a great time, see you soon.”
The teenager became the Norwegian outfit’s youngest player last month and had prior trial periods with Everton and Liverpool in the Premier League.
However, it is United who have come out on top with his signature. The promising prospect cant certainly add a lot to the youth ranks in the campaigns to come and if Solskjær remains at the helm by the time he is ready to break into the senior team, an enviable partnership may be in the making.
