Manchester United fans are yet to get a taste of one of their summer signings.

The tumultuous transfer period of the past is yet to see its full hangover go by before the next one is ready to strike its fangs into the narrative of daily football.

This is in addition to uncertainty around the pandemic and general back and forth about reopening plaguing the hopes of supporters. As such, any hope of fresh improvement and additions is a welcome one.

At Old Trafford, the summer’s spending is slowly beginning to craft its way around Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s larger plan for the club. In that regard, he may have another player to add to the mix very soon.

According to Fabrizio Romano in his Here We Go podcast, Facundo Pellistri is improving in training by the week. This is apparently sourced from figures around the club itself.

Manchester United made a strong addition to their roster in the 18-year-old and he has attracted a lot of attention. In particular, clips of his skills amongst the youth ranks have found regular traction on social media as fans look to assess what their right wing may have going forward.

Recently, the Uruguayan international had his first goal contribution in the youth set-up, creating a great goal that came via a sublime cross.

Supporters will now be looking to see when the Norwegian gaffer will add Pellistri to his senior squad with an intent to give him game-time. With a hectic December ahead, that could certainly occur sooner rather than later.
