Man Utd Planning To Sign Two Of The World’s Most Exciting Talents
Man Utd are planning to sign Erling Braut Haaland and Eduardo Camavinga as early as next year.
If the Spanish publication AS is to be believed, the English giants already have “plans in place” to sign this pair of top prospects.
United attempted to sign the Norwegian prior to his move to Borussia Dortmund. It was expected that Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s relationship with Haaland from their time together at Molde would give his side an advantage, but ultimately it was not to be and he made the switch to Germany.
Since his move to Dortmund, the striker has recorded 27 goals and 6 assists in 29 appearances across all competitions. The youngster is well and truly on his way to becoming one of the most prolific strikers in Europe.
On the other hand, Camavinga is currently the most coveted young midfielder in the world. The teenager has already received calls from the national team and also has a goal to his name in his 2 appearances. The Frenchman’s rise to stardom is something special, as he impressed everyone across the world as a 17-year-old last season.
Clearly, Solskjær is aiming to fix the areas his side lacks with talents that will lay the foundation for a very, very long time. The midfielder seems to be a long-term replacement for Paul Pogba, who is linked with Real Madrid and Juventus.
Meanwhile, the Norway international is seen as an addition to bolster the Mancunians’ attack and maybe slowly move away from the inconsistent Anthony Martial.
Neither Fred nor Scott McTominay are reliable options in the middle of the park, so a new signing is expected if Paul Pogba departs. Martial on the other hand has spent years in Manchester trying to develop and adapt, but he has been just as inconsistent as he has been progressive.
