Bruno Fernandes is mulling over a summer exit from Manchester United.

Manchester United have been an underperforming lot in more ways than one. While Erik ten Hag quite understandably receives the brunt of the blame in this regard, the problem also rests on the players.

It takes no genius to observe that the personnel at the club are simply not giving their best and that with the exception of few talent, most of them could be shown some discipline and even the threat of summer boot.

However, much to the club’s dismay it may be one of their top players who may part ways in the months to come.

Bruno Fernandes could bid farewell to Manchester United this summer

According to The Sun, Bruno Fernandes is considering leaving Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

The Portuguese superstar who has been at the top of nearly all stats ever since he joined the Red Devils is reportedly waiting for the FA Cup final before embarking on another role.

Such a transfer will come as a massive blow to the club who is desperate for other players to emulate the kind of raw passion and intensity which Fernandes displays on the pitch week in and week out.

In fact, the club captain’s current absence due to injury is the first time that the rare feat has happened since he signed for the side – a testament to his work-rate and sheer resilience.

It has long been maintained by fans that the 29-year-old is not a player to be sold unless some kind of staggering figure is offered for his services.

Whether or not something like this happens for the star is yet to be seen but for now, he himself has made it clear that the focus is on Wembley and then the Euros.
