Neymar has reportedly told Paris Saint-Germain to sell Edinson Cavani as soon as possible.
The Uruguayan and the Brazilian have hardly been partners for two months, but there has already been a falling out between the pair.
Neymar’s £198 million price tag makes him the club’s most prized possession, which essentially hands him the power to do as he pleases. As a result, if he wants Cavani gone, PSG are going to have to consider the possibility of selling him, despite the forward’s devotion to the club all these years.
Neymar’s relationship with the Uruguayan striker on the field is said to have been described by the Brazilian as ‘impossible’, and after PSG’s recent 2-0 win over Lyon, the duo reportedly squared up in the dressing room after the game.

According to Sport, the former Barcelona forward has told club president Al-Khelaifi that co-existing with Cavani is totally impossible, and has therefore, asked for the ex-Napoli man to be sold.
The ideal scenario would be during the winter transfer market, but having already played in the Champions League, the chances of the striker’s sale are reduced. Therefore, the most likely outcome would be the player departing at the end of the season.
