Mino Raiola Makes An Unbelievable Zlatan Ibrahimovic Claim

Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who turned 36 this month, seems to be far from hanging his boots just yet, after his agent, Mino Raiola, claimed that the veteran striker still has a ‘minimum of five or six years’ left to offer.
The Swede is known for his brash personality, but more so for his knack of scoring out-of-the-world goals. The prolific forward has so far played for eight clubs, including the likes of Malmo, Ajax, Juventus, Inter, Barcelona, AC Milan, PSG and Manchester United, and has won 33 trophies, making him the most decorated active footballer in the world.
Ibrahimovic, who is now United’s new No. 10 following Wayne Rooney’s transfer to Everton, won the Europa league in his debut season with the Red Devils, but the very competition saw him suffer a horrendous knee injury, which was regarded as a ‘career ending injury’, in United’s second leg quarterfinal clash against Anderlecht back in April.
However, the Swedish superstar has been on a speedy recovery ever since, and now, as per Expressen (via Daily Mail), his agent Mino Raiola believes that Ibrahimovic would not only be back more stronger, but also for a ‘minimum of five or six years’.
During the interview, Raiola said: “He has so much in him. I think minimum another five or six years. I won’t let him stop, he has to work for me now. I have been working for him for several years. Now it’s my turn. My children are grown up and I need money.
“We have agreed that he is only working for me for five years now. So we’re flipping it now. The salary comes to me and he gets the commission.”
Furthermore, the super agent didn’t forget to quote Zlatan’s doctor, Freddie Fu, as he restated that his client’s knee was the ‘best knee he (Dr. Fu) had ever seen’.
Raiola added: “(Fu) says so. He says he has never seen such a strong and pure knee after such a long career as Zlatan has. Imagine all the bangs. This is a professor who takes care of athletes from all over the world and works with an American football team. He says he has never seen anything like 40 years. It’s the best knee he has ever seen.”
