Thomas Lemar Drops A Huge Hint About His Next Club On Social Media

Monaco’s Thomas Lemar came close to joining Arsenal on the Transfer Deadline Day this summer, and his latest Instagram activity will make the Gunners faithful hopeful and excited about his possible arrival to the Emirates in January.
The 22-year-old winger was a key member in Monaco’s Ligue 1 title-winning squad, but a host of his teammates were sold over the summer.
The Telegraph suggests that Antonio Conte would use Michy Batshuayi in exchange, to lure Monaco into selling the French winger to the Blues.
Arsenal’s Deadline Day bid for Lemar was accepted after a bidding war against Liverpool saw them emerge victorious, but the winger preferred to stay with the French champions.
But now, a potential move to the North London side could be on the cards if Lemar’s social media activity is anything to go by. Arsenal fans on Twitter were sent into a frenzy after they spotted the talented youngster liking a comment which read “Welcome to Arsenal.”

This is on the back of many other fans from Chelsea inviting him to join their club, but his like on the aforementioned comment has possibly dropped a huge hint as to where his interests lie.
Arsenal would be in desperate need of creativity, as both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil are expected to leave. Both their contracts expire this summer, and they are being linked with controversial moves to fellow English clubs.
While Man City believe that they could land the Chilean for free next summer, Ozil is being heavy linked with a reunion with his former Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.
With the North Londoners lying in seventh place at present, and their star players likely to be on the way out, Arsene Wenger would be keen to land Thomas Lemar as early as January.
