Alexis Sanchez Has Told Mourinho To Sign La Liga Star
Alexis Sanchez has sought to make an immediate impact at United, by attempting to dictate the club’s transfer strategy for the upcoming windows.
The Chilean was confirmed as a United player on Monday after finally completing his long awaited move to Old Trafford.
He looks set to make his eagerly anticipated debut for his new side in United’s FA Cup fourth round clash with Yeovil on Friday, but his first appearance could also be delayed till next Wednesday, when the Reds square off against Tottenham Hotspur in the league.

However, before he has even gotten the chance to make an impression on the pitch, Sanchez is already making his presence felt off it, if reports from Don Balon are to be believed.

The Spanish news outlet claims that the 29-year-old has taken a good look at the team, and recognizes a variety of options in attack, but an alarming lack of quality at the back.
The report claims that Sanchez has advised Jose Mourinho to go in for Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti, to add some much needed solidity in the heart of the defense.
The French centre-back is currently negotiating a new contract with the Catalan giants, and United’s new no. 7 is said to be urging Mourinho to snap him up before the current La Liga leaders can tie him down with a new deal.
