Premier League Clubs May Upset Juventus By Signing Arsenal Star

Talent is plentiful in the Premier League. However, when one factors in locker-room hierarchy and a surplus of star-power at a club, it often becomes easy for players with much ability to be sidelined.

In the modern game, this doesn’t last for long, however, as individuals are more likely than not to seek an exit from their clubs and pursue a destination where more playing time can be secured.

As of such, several out-of-favor players find themselves serving at new clubs, and their transfers eagerly transform into sagas, as no side wishes to make a loss in the deal. Now, the task of getting rid of one Arsenal player could soon turn into a domestic transfer battle.

Héctor Bellerin has been strongly touted with a move away from Arsenal in the summer, and so far, Juventus were the ones who seemed like the likely suitors for the Spaniard’s signature.

However, according to a report in Sport, Premier League giants Chelsea and Man Utd now fancy their chances at prying away the 23-year-old, which could give the Italian giants, who are still leading the race, some cause for a headache.

Chelsea require the Gunner in an attempt to better their options on the flanks, with Victor Moses and Davide Zappacosta proving far from adequate this campaign.

The interest from Man Utd and their intentions are a no-brainer, as the club has been reportedly adamant in pursuing an ideal replacement for the aging Antonio Valencia.

What could give this apparent interest much weight is the fact that a move within the Premier League itself would certainly be an attractive option, particularly considering the quality of play available at both the clubs.

However, with both names also being title rivals, his already hefty price tag of €40 million could also see a raise owing to his contract, which is due until 2023.

All in all, it is clear that the London club is eying a bit of a reshuffle ahead of a new manager taking reign at the Emirates this summer.
