Solskjaer Interested In Signing £25m-Rated Premier League Striker
Bournemouth striker Joshua King could be lined up for a surprise return to Old Trafford.
The former Manchester United youngster, who rose up the ranks through the youth academy, was managed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the Reserves team. And now, the interim boss seems to have the player on his radar for next month’s transfer window.
After his arrival at Old Trafford, the Norwegian tactician insisted that he “will have an input” on transfers, despite the club having its own specific targets. The club legend is seeking to add more firepower to his strike force.
According to reports, King is rated at £25 million, and Bournemouth are keen to keep their star asset, with boss Eddie Howe ruling out any movement.

But United could test the Cherries with a serious bid, which is good enough to fend off competition from Tottenham Hotspur, who are also believed to be interested in the 26-year-old.
The forward netted 16 times in his first Premier League campaign, whilst scoring nine times last term, and bagging five so far this season.

United already have Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Rashford in their ranks, although the former has only been a shadow of himself, nowhere near to his best this season.
Rashford, on the other hand, has the talent, but lacks the consistency. United could therefore be tempted in adding a third player to bolster their options.
It remains to be seen whether King agrees upon leaving the Cherries, however, given the fact that he will go from being a frequent starter at the Vitality Stadium to a squad player at the Theatre of Dreams.
