Manchester United thoroughly enjoyed themselves when they visited the Emirates in the FA Cup. They beat Arsenal 3-1, with Alexis Sanchez, Jesse Lingard, and Anthony Martial finding themselves on the scoresheet.

The London crowd was well and truly schooled by the Mancunian giants. First, it was Alexis Sanchez, who had left the Gunners for United, that opened the scoring, responding aptly to the boos of the home crowd.

Then, it was Jesse Lingard who continued his scoring streak against Arsenal by finishing a pass from Romelu Lukaku. However, the manner in which the Englishman celebrated the goal was even more entertaining.

While television cameras focused on Romelu Lukaku, who elected to celebrate the assist, his second in two minutes, Lingard’s terrific celebration went unnoticed.

Luckily, a fan camera from the home crowd captured the celebration. Lingard opted to replicate Michael Jackson, moonwalking on studs and then staging a dance move. Needless to say, the home crowd was infuriated with the forward.

This isn’t the first time that the Englishman has opted to celebrate by dancing, with the Emirates itself being privy to his ‘Milly Rock’ dance celebration last season.

Not one to stop with his antics on the pitch itself, Lingard then went on to post his celebration on Instagram and tagged the location as ‘Dancefloor’. With this antic, the Emirates was further humiliated by the forward.

It will be interesting to see how much better Lingard can get under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The gaffer stated the following regarding the youngster’s performance on the night: “So Jesse is someone we never, never hesitate to put in a Man United team.

“He’s been brought through this system, he knows what this means, he knows the club, he knows this history, he knows all the counter-attacking goals we’ve scored against Arsenal. He knows everything about the club and he’s someone we’ll look after.”
