Manchester United have identified Everton starlet Richarlison as a potential summer target.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to bring in at least five players before the start of next season, so as to improve the overall quality of his squad.

Borussia Dortmund sensation Jadon Sancho is believed to be the Red Devils’ topmost priority, but other attacking options are also being eyed by the Red Devils.

Now, Richarlison’s name is the latest to have emerged on the Mancunian giants’ wishlist for the upcoming summer transfer window, as per the Telegraph.

Richarlison arrived in the Premier League back in 2017, when he sealed an £11.5m move to Watford from Brazilian club Fluminense.

The forward was immediately snapped up by Everton in a potential £50m deal. He has since become the Toffees’ top scorer for the season with 14 goals to his name, including the opener against Manchester United last weekend.

The report states that Everton are very likely to demand a fee north of the initial £35m they coughed up for the Brazilian international in the summer of 2018.

However, with the likes of AC Milan and Barcelona also said to be interested in the 21-year-old, a bidding war could very well ensue, forcing the Mancunians to cough up a much higher amount to get this deal done.
