Manchester United have identified Adrien Rabiot as a potential Paul Pogba replacement.

Multiple sources continue to link Pogba with a sensational summer move to Real Madrid, with the 26-year-old himself barely doing anything to kill the speculation.

Zinedine Zidane is reportedly interested in signing the Frenchman, although whether the Galacticos are prepared to pay the big bucks to secure his services is a different matter altogether.

In the meantime, the Mancunian giants have identified a potential replacement for their talismanic midfielder, in case he does depart come summer.

According to L’Equipe, the Red Devils will look to replace Pogba by recruiting Paris Saint-Germain star Adrien Rabiot.

The 24-year-old is set to become a free agent at the end of the season, and Manchester United could make a humongous profit by selling Pogba for a huge sum and bringing Rabiot as his successor for no fee whatsoever.

The French news outlet has claimed that the Premier League giants have “paid attention” to Rabiot in the past as well, albeit alongside numerous other interested parties.

No news regarding any concrete offer or talks from United has emerged just yet, but the Reds are said to be genuinely interested in the player.
