Diogo Dalot is one of those names which doesn’t appear much in the list of players who performed well for a fixture, but the Manchester United defender is doing something off field which will surely please the supporters.
The Portuguese was roped in at Old Trafford back in 2018 by Jose Mourinho, spending £19 million in the process.
However, the 20-year-old has been struggling to get a firm grasp on consistency ever since. Failing to make much of an impact, Solskjaer has been having a hard time instilling faith in the player.
The former Porto defender fell further down the pecking order following the arrival of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace.
Nevertheless, according to the Times youngster has been in good terms with Bruno Fernandes who has been a sensation at the Theatre of Dreams ever since his arrival. Apparently, the Portuguese full-back drives his fellow countryman to Carrington on a daily basis as they both live in Cheshire.

With the duo maintaining a good relationship nonetheless, perhaps Dalot could work something out in the future and become a regular feature on the team sheet.
