Bruno Fernandes has named Francisco Ramos as the player he would most like to join him at Manchester United.

The Portuguese midfielder was asked on an Instagram Q&A to pick one player he’d have alongside him throughout his career.

“It is very difficult to choose, because I have a lot of people in the dressing room who are my friend,” the former Sporting Lisbon captain said.

“Wherever I played… Francisco Ramos.”

Francisco Ramos, who is currently out on loan at Santa Clara from Vitoria Guimaraes, played alongside Bruno Fernandes coming through the Portugal youth team ranks. However, the 25-year-old is yet to be capped by the senior side.

The January arrival was also asked about his ambitions as a Manchester United player, to which he revealed: “To be champion of a league. In this case in the Premier League.

“Of course I would like to win the European or the World Cup.

“Everyone has ambitions, but mine is to win the Premier League “
