Belgian Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to Leave Chelsea for Real Madrid Transfer
Thibaut Courtois wants to quit Chelsea and move to Real Madrid in the coming months, reports have suggested.
According to OK Dario, Real Madrid have given up their pursuit of David de Gea and are focusing on securing a deal for Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois instead.
The Belgian goalkeeper has only just returned to the Blues line-up after a lengthy injury problem, but speculation suggests he’s already planning an exit.
Spanish outlet OK Dario has stated that the Belgian wants to leave the defending Premier League champions and move to Madrid as soon as possible.
The outlet has also reported that his agent Jorge Mendes can help make the transfer possible.
Manchester United’s De Gea was all-set to move to Real Madrid on the final day of the Spanish transfer window this summer, but the move collapsed due to late paperwork submission.
