Huge Blow: Kurt Zouma Gives Update On His Horrific Injury

Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has confirmed that he has injured his ACL during yesterday’s Premier League clash with Manchester United.

The Blues defender was expected to be in France’s squad for their home Euros in the summer. But, unfortunately, he has confirmed that he has injured his ACL and will require surgery, which puts him out for the remainder of the season, and as of now, it looks like the injury will put an end to any hopes of him playing in the Euros.

A Chelsea statement confirmed they were expecting their 21-year-old centre-back to be out for around six months.

“Kurt will undergo surgery in the next 48 hours and is expected to be out for approximately six months.“
