Inter Milan reportedly rejected Manchester United’s £23million offer for Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool Target.

The Argentine striker has been the subject of interest from the Premier League’s top clubs recently, and according to Daily Express, Manchester United failed with their £23.1m bid for Mauro Icardi.

The club’s bid was reportedly turned down by Inter Milan’s Indonesian owner Erick Thohir, who also rejected a bid from German side Wolfsburg for Icardi, as per Corriere dello Sport.
