Agent Of Barcelona Target Riyad Mahrez Speaks About The Player’s Future

Riyad Mahrez’s outstanding performances with Leicester City this season have led to rumours regarding a big switch to FC Barcelona and a host of other Premier League clubs.

The 25-year-old winger’s agent, Kamel Bengougam, has revealed that his client will make a decision regarding his future in the summer, as it’s too early to talk about any offers at the moment.

Kamel Bengougam said: “The transfer window will open after the season. Then we’ll be able to see if these stories are true or false. What’s good with him is that he loves football. He doesn’t like what goes on around football.”

He added: “Today the only thing that matters to him is winning the title with Leicester and qualifying for the Champions League.

“He’s very happy. Since arriving at the club only good things have happened to him. He’s played at the World Cup, he’s moved up into the Premier League. It’s the time to concentrate on finishing the season well.”
