David De Gea To Snub Real Madrid If Jose Mourinho Becomes Man United Manager

David de Gea plans to stay at Manchester United rather than move to Real Madrid, following reports suggesting Jose Mourinho will replace Louis van Gaal as the next United manager.

The Madrid based club came close to signing the 25-year-old last summer, but a £29million deal collapsed on deadline day due to paperwork issues.

Spanish sources understand Zinedine Zidane will make a move for the world class shot-stopper again this summer.

According to BT Sport journalist Matt Smith on Twitter, Jose Mourinho has revealed that he is set to begin his new role from the month of July.

Bleacher Report believes the Spaniard has been impressed by prospect of Mourinho coming to United and will stay if the Portuguese replaces Louis van Gaal this summer. However, if the Dutchman remains, De Gea is likely to move on.

If mourinho comes it would be a great boost of confidence not only for players but also for fans; currently you doubt if we can beat even relegation threatened team or make a comeback
