WATCH: LVG Defends Fellaini’s Act By Pulling Reporter’s Hair

Louis van Gaal is a quirky character and has been a part of some bizarre incidents this season, including his dive on the floor on the touchline against Arsenal.

And this Sunday, in a post-match interview after United’s clash against Leicester City, Van Gaal was asked about Marouane Fellaini elbowing Leicester’s Robert Huth under the chin for pulling his hair during first half.

The Dutchman replied to Sky Sports reporter by saying:

“I think we played one of our best matches of the season, but it was not enough.

“It was a very difficult match for the referee – when you see what Huth is doing with Fellaini, is that not a penalty? [grabs reporter’s hair.]

“Every human being who is grabbed with their hair would react.”

“Every human being who is grabbed by the hair, only with sex masochism, then it is allowed but not in other situations. They did it. They did it several times I think.”
