DEAL AGREED: Zlatan And Mkhitaryan To Undergo Medical Within A Week

Manchester United are all set to stun their Premier League rivals with the announcement of two major signings – Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan – in next few days.

According to Sky Sports, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will pen a one-year deal at Old Trafford, which was agreed before EURO 2016, following successful talks between Zlatan’s agent Mino Raiola and the United officials.
And now, following Sweden’s group stage exit, the 34-year-old will finally undergo a medical and put pen to paper, thereby officially announcing his arrival in England.

Sky Sports also believes Manchester United are closing in on Borussia Dortmund’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan after a breakthrough in negotiations on Sunday.

United’s opening bid of £17.5m, with an additional £2.5m in add-ons, was rejected by the Bundesliga side, but now they have accepted an improved £26.3m offer from the English giants.

Some reports also suggest that Dortmund’s officials are travelling to, or have already reached, England to finalise the deal.

The 27-year-old, who scored 18 and assisted 25 for BVB last season, has agreed personal terms with the Red Devils and will undergo a medical within the next week.
