Marquinhos Linked With Chelsea Switch

Chelsea are leading the chase for Paris Saint Germain defender Marquinhos.

Marquinhos joined French Champions PSG from Roma in 2013, but has not been guaranteed a place in the first team. The Brazil international confirmed that he would be assessing his options at the end of last season, and Conte seems keen to bring in the defender.

According to Le 10 Sport, Chelsea have been frustrated in their attempts to sign Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, and have now turned their head towards Marquinhos, who made 25 appearances in Ligue 1 last season.

Manchester United are also reportedly interested in signing the defender, but face stiff competition from their London rivals.
